Glory Apologetics Event Guidelines
  1. Only serious Church/Intuitions/Christian groups who are zealous towards the Gospel and its defense is encouraged to organize/participate.
  2. The organizing church/institution must send an email & then fill the registration form along with the church letter.
  3. Organizers must plan any program with at least 1-month prior notice to Glory Apologetics
  4. Organizers must inform & share details with Glory Apologetics in case they invite any co-preacher, Music Band, or worshipers/singers.
  5. Organizers are free to promote the event through ads, hoardings, pamphlets and invite believers from any denomination and faith at their own discretion with prior notice to Glory Apologetics
  6. Organizers should seek prior permission for any video recording of the session, which may or may not be chargeable.
  7. Glory Apologetics will not charge any registration/booking fees for the program unless it is organized by us. Except Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane & Pune
  8. Glory Apologetics will not charge any sort of Speaker Fees/Charges for any event. Except Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane& Pune
  9. If the event is outside Mumbai Circles, then the organizers at their cost should arrange the travel and accommodation of the speakers (New update to this clause mentioned below)
  10. Accommodation of the speakers/ GA Team shall not be at the residence for the privacy of both accommodating family and Speakers
  11. Incase the Journey duration exceeds overnight (More than 10hrs) then the organizers must arrange Air Travel. New Clause: Air Travel must be booked for the GA Speaker (1 Support member if accompanied) for all locations because our speaker has a full time job and cannot take multiple leaves. Incase there is no Airport, then the organizers may book 3AC Train tickets for the travel that is less than overnight Journey.
  12. Glory Apologetics speakers may not Travel outside the city in case the invitation is only for Sunday sermons at local church unless a convention meeting/Seminar (We advise to save such costs and utilize for half/full-day seminars)
  13. The organizer must bear the overall event cost, which includes Hall rent, AV equipment & food/snacks for the participants in case any.
  14. Organizers to arrange for printouts, handouts, pads, pens, and other stationery items if required for the program (Optional).
  15. To keep the session interactive, minimum & confirmed participation should be 20  40. Anything above 20  40 is always preferred.
  16. We expect the participants to reach the event venue before 15mins of the start time.
  17. Glory Apologetics may sell/promote books and other study resources on request exclusively for the organized event (Organizers reserve rights to decline this parameter particularly in case of genuine reason shared in advance)
  18. Glory Apologetics does not take responsibility in case the content is not suitable for select participants. Hence, Organizers must clearly explain their seminar/program needs in advance so that we customize them accordingly. 
  19. Glory Apologetics reserves all rights to cancel/reject event requests without a detailed explanation in case things are not-inline with Biblical & GA Standards
  20. Organizers must follow the state Government guidelines for any event in which GA speakers are involved.
  21. GA will not accept any Speaking/Sermon/Seminar/Workshop invitation from the churches in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane & Pune. Exceptions with Clause 7,8 conditions.

 Note:
·         The session contents of Glory Apologetics are in line with the biblical and international theological standards.

·         Glory Apologetics is a self-funded ministry however, any voluntary Love offerings by the organizers are appreciated. The funds will be utilized for making YouTube videos, Organizing seminars, street preaching/tract distribution, and other evangelism activities.

·         Please promote GA programs to all churches to build a reasonable Christian community in India.
